Every install we hand over is fully commissioned and verified — temperature and flow rates measured, balancing completed, and energy performance metrics recorded. We supply the full handover package: as-built drawings, maintenance schedules, warranty registrations, O&M manuals, spare parts lists and service contact details.
We hold the certifications the work demands — F-Gas refrigerant handling, NICEIC electrical safety, Gas Safe, MCS for heat pumps — and sign off against Building Regulations Part L and Part F, with fire and smoke control integration where required. For contractors and property managers we provide ongoing maintenance contracts with priority response, annual servicing for boilers, heat pumps and commercial plant, and fast fault diagnostics.
