Plant Rooms, Pipework & Mechanical Insulation

Plant rooms are the engine of any building's mechanical systems, and our installations are consistently cleaner, straighter and more professionally finished than anything else you'll see on site. We design and build from scratch — boiler connections, header arrangements, pump sets, pressurisation units and full distribution pipework in copper and steel.

We coordinate the structural and civil interfaces too: access openings, vibration isolation pads, floor loadings, service cavities, wall sleeves and finish tolerances. Every pipe and duct is then fully insulated by our mechanical insulation team — thermal bridging mitigation, loss prevention, clipped, labelled and finished to the standard that architects and site managers comment on.
